Brand photoshoot for Words by Bonnie
Bonnie is a lovely freelance copywriter, creating copywriting and content writing for bold businesses in Bristol.
LOCATION: FH Studio, plus 2 Bristol cafes, Mokoko, and Little Victories
SHOOT: Custom brand shoot
CONCEPT: Colourful brand, bold personality, and loves wearing black.
The first half of Bonnie’s brand photoshoot was in my home studio, where I had painted some backdrops in Bonnie’s brand colours.
We created a range of looks, from studio style flat lays, to a mock office with a desk and computer.
The second half was shot on location in 2 cafes in Wapping Wharf. I had scouted the locations beforehand, and found that they both had colours that fitted Bonnie’s brand perfectly.
This was a great fit because Bonnie sometimes works from cafes, and suited her laid back, coffee loving style.
Working with Faye was so easy and fun, I love the final images of my brand shoot!

I’m Faye, a Bristol-based photographer with a passion for working with independent businesses, designers and makers.
I have over 15 years experience creating product and interior photography.
I launched my Behind the Brand shoots in 2023, because I loved working closely with my small business clients, learning about their processes, and seeing where they worked.
Being invited behind the scenes of their brands, felt like something that would appeal to their customers too, so it was a great addition to my services.
